Hero MotoCorp unveiled the Hero Xpulse 210 Dakar Edition at EICMA 2025, showcasing an exciting upgrade to the popular entry-level adventure motorcycle. Inspired by the brand’s Dakar Rally participation, this edition emphasizes enhanced off-road capability without compromising everyday usability. The Xpulse 210 Dakar Edition features rally-spec, fully adjustable suspension with 280mm travel at both ends—significantly more than the standard model. This adjustment increases the ground clearance from 220mm to 270mm, allowing the bike to confidently navigate tough terrain.
The seat height is also raised, aligning with the longer suspension for better riding posture on rugged trails. Equipped with knobby Maxxis tires for superior grip, this Dakar Edition inherits the 210cc, liquid-cooled, DOHC engine that churns out 24.2 bhp at 9,250 rpm and a peak torque of 20.7 Nm at 7,250 rpm, paired with a six-speed gearbox. The 13-litre fuel tank and a kerb weight around 168 kg keep the bike practical for extended adventures. Technologically, the bike features a colour TFT display with Bluetooth connectivity, navigation, and three ABS modes optimized for road, off-road, and rally conditions.
The striking red, white, and black Dakar-inspired livery completes the look, making the Xpulse 210 Dakar Edition a compelling option for riders looking for an accessible yet capable adventure machine.
