Kawasaki to Reveal New 500cc KLE Adventure Bike at 2025 EICMA

Kawasaki is set to unveil its all-new KLE adventure bike at the 2025 EICMA Show, marking a significant return for the KLE nameplate originally launched in the early 90s. The Japanese brand teased this new model last year and has now released a fresh teaser video showing the bike being ridden in off-road terrain, emphasizing its rally-inspired capabilities with the tagline "Life is a Rally. Ride it." The teaser reveals key design elements such as a low-mounted front fender, dual-purpose tires, spoked wheels, and a single-disc brake setup, signaling the bike's off-road focus. While official performance numbers have yet to be confirmed, rumors suggest the KLE will be powered by a 500cc parallel-twin engine similar to the one used in the Ninja 500, positioning it as a middleweight adventure motorcycle for riders seeking versatility.

In India, Kawasaki's adventure lineup currently features the Versys series, which is more road-oriented. The new KLE aims to tap into the off-road segment, offering riders a more rugged and capable alternative. The global debut at EICMA 2025 will be followed by an expected launch in the Indian market sometime next year. This new KLE could well redefine Kawasaki’s presence in the adventure bike category with its blend of classic heritage and modern off-road capability.
