Kawasaki Versys-X 300 Gets Rs. 25,000 Cashback Discount Till September-End

Kawasaki India has announced a cashback discount of Rs. 25,000 on its entry-level adventure-tourer, the Versys-X 300. The discount, offered as a cashback voucher, is redeemable against the bike's ex-showroom price, while insurance and registration costs will be calculated on the original price. This offer is valid until September 30 or until stocks last and is aimed at clearing existing inventory. The price cut also comes in response to new GST norms, where the Versys-X 300 will now attract 18% GST instead of the earlier 28%, further reducing its overall cost.

Although Kawasaki has yet to officially confirm the revised pricing, the expected reduction is estimated between Rs. 20,000 and Rs. 25,000. The Versys-X 300 is powered by a 296cc, liquid-cooled twin-cylinder engine producing 38.8 bhp and 26 Nm of peak torque. The engine pairs with a six-speed gearbox, making it the only twin-cylinder motorcycle in the adventure-tourer segment. It competes directly with rivals like the KTM 390 Adventure and Royal Enfield Himalayan 450.
