KTM RC 160 Spotted Testing, Rival to Yamaha R15 Coming Soon

The new KTM RC 160 has been spotted testing, indicating an upcoming launch aimed at rivaling the Yamaha R15. The bike is expected to feature a 160cc liquid-cooled engine, producing around 19 horsepower and 15.5 Nm of torque. It is likely to carry design elements similar to KTM’s RC series, including a sharp fairing, clip-on handlebars, and a sporty riding posture, with features like dual-disc brakes, USD forks, and a digital LCD console with Bluetooth connectivity. The KTM RC 160 is poised to be an entry-level superbike, replacing the older RC 125, with a focus on sporty performance and aggressive styling.

Its expected price is around ₹1.75 to ₹1.84 lakh, with an anticipated launch date in late December 2025. This model aims to provide a compelling mix of power, handling, and modern features to attract young riders and racing enthusiasts.
