Triumph Bonneville T4 Launched in India at ₹2.54 Lakh
Manjil AK · 7 October 2026
Triumph has added the Bonneville T4 to its new 350 cc Bonneville range in India, pricing it at ₹2.54 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). It sits below the Bonneville T40 and T40 Black, which are priced from about ₹2.80 lakh, and it is aimed squarely at buyers looking at the Royal Enfield Classic 350.

Features listed include full-LED lighting with daytime running lights, Bluetooth connectivity and turn-by-turn navigation, plus an Emergency Deceleration Warning, according to BikeWale. Rushlane's comparison table describes the T4's connectivity as "basic", so expect fewer smartphone functions than on the T40.
T4 vs T40: What You Give Up
| T4 | T40 / T40 Black | |
|---|---|---|
| Price (ex-showroom, Delhi) | ₹2.54-2.55 lakh | ₹2.80 lakh (Rushlane: ₹2,79,999) |

| Deliveries | Second week of January 2027 | Second week of November 2026 |
The gap between the two is roughly ₹25,000 to ₹26,000, based on the reported prices (our arithmetic). For that money the T40 adds cruise control, cornering ABS, a TFT screen and two more riding modes.
How It Stacks Up Against the Classic 350
The rival most outlets name is the Royal Enfield Classic 350, whose 2026 line-up is reported at ₹1.87 to ₹2.23 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) for the dual-channel variants. That makes the T4 roughly ₹31,000 to ₹67,000 dearer (our arithmetic, comparing the T4's ₹2.54 lakh with that range).
What the extra money buys on paper is power. The Classic 350's air/oil-cooled engine is rated at 20.2 bhp and 27 Nm, while the T4's liquid-cooled single makes about 28 bhp and 31 Nm, roughly 40 percent more power by our calculation. The T4 also gets a six-speed gearbox, whereas the Classic's headline update this year is an assist-and-slipper clutch and a USB Type-C port. Whether that translates into a better motorcycle on the road is something we can only judge after riding both.
Other retro 350s named as rivals for the closely related T40 include the Honda CB350, the Jawa 350 and the Bullet 350.
