TVS Tangent RR Concept Stuns at EICMA 2025 with Race-Tech and Road Potential
BikeRaja News · 5 November 2025
TVS Motor Company has made a striking debut at EICMA 2025 with the Tangent RR Concept, blending race-bred engineering with practical ambitions for real-world riders. Inspired by the brand’s extensive racing pedigree, the Tangent RR stands out through its aggressive, aerodynamic bodywork and an advanced composite monocoque subframe, designed to keep weight low and improve stability. While TVS has yet to confirm the engine details, the Tangent RR Concept is widely expected to use a new 450cc parallel-twin engine co-developed with BMW Motorrad. The prototype features twin front disc brakes with radial calipers, a premium adjustable suspension setup, and a sleek, compact tail section.
Clip-on handlebars, a race-style saddle, and an aluminium swingarm signal the bike’s focus on sharp handling and track agility. Beyond its racy looks, the Tangent RR aims to bridge the gap between super sport performance and everyday usability. TVS has emphasized a harmonious rider-machine interface, with a geometry that promises comfort in town and feedback at speed. If the concept’s thoughtful ergonomics and practical features carry over to production—such as multiple riding modes, a clear digital dash, and all-LED lighting—the Tangent RR could become one of the most approachable “race-look” motorcycles on the market.
While still a concept, the Tangent RR gives enthusiasts a taste of what could be the next generation Apache RR supersport. TVS signals that a production version of this exciting machine, with its innovative chassis and track-derived technology, isn’t far from reality.
